Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of https://www.realtrai.com and the RealtrAI platform, operated by RealtrAI, a Trunnion AI product.

Use of the service

You agree to use RealtrAI lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform. You may not use the service to generate content that violates the Fair Housing Act, HUD advertising guidelines, state or local protected-class rules, or any applicable real estate regulation. Platform use is also governed by your subscription agreement.

Accounts

You must be a licensed real estate professional or work under one to use the platform for client-facing work. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your responsibility for outputs

RealtrAI generates drafts. Every client-facing output runs through our Fair Housing screen, which checks language against the 7 federal protected classes and HUD advertising guidelines and records each flag and override in an audit log. That screen is an aid, not a substitute for your judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every output before you publish, send, or rely on it, and for compliance with Fair Housing law, your brokerage policies, MLS rules, and the NAR Code of Ethics. You publish; you are accountable for what goes out.

Subscriptions and trials

RealtrAI is offered on month-to-month plans starting at $59/mo. New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Annual billing saves 20%. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

RealtrAI, its logos, software, and the platform are the property of RealtrAI and its licensors. The listings, descriptions, analyses, and other content you generate are yours. You own your outputs and the data you bring to the platform, and you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service and screen your content for Fair Housing compliance.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and platform are provided "as is" without warranties. RealtrAI outputs are AI-generated drafts and may contain errors, and our valuation, investment, and market estimates are informational and not financial, legal, or appraisal advice. To the extent permitted by law, RealtrAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
