This Privacy Policy explains how RealtrAI ("RealtrAI", "we") handles information collected through https://www.realtrai.com and the RealtrAI platform. RealtrAI is a Trunnion AI product, based in Albuquerque, NM.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, brokerage or company, and message when you start a free trial, contact us, or submit a form. When you use the platform, we process account details, the prompts and inputs you submit, and the outputs our specialist AI tools generate for you. We also collect standard analytics data through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
To create and operate your account, generate and deliver outputs, respond to inquiries, provide and improve the platform, communicate about products and services, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your data and our models
Customer data is isolated per tenant. Your inputs and outputs are kept separate from those of other customers and are not used to train shared models. You own the outputs you generate with RealtrAI. Client-facing outputs are screened against Fair Housing requirements and governed by Trunnion AI, as described on our Fair Housing and Security pages.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure marketing. You can opt out through your browser settings and the relevant provider tools.
Data sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, and payment processors, under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@realtrai.com.
