The basics
What is RealtrAI?
RealtrAI is an AI workspace for real estate professionals with 17 task-specific tools for listing marketing, investment analysis, client communication, and agent branding. Outputs are drafts and require professional review.
Is RealtrAI a CRM?
No. RealtrAI is an AI drafting and analysis workspace, not a CRM or IDX lead system. It prepares listing, presentation, investment, and client-communication drafts and can work alongside the CRM you already use.
Who is it for?
Solo agents, teams, and brokerages, plus a specialist track for investment agents.
Fair Housing & compliance
Does RealtrAI guarantee Fair Housing compliance?
No. Relevant workflows include Fair Housing-aware instructions, but the current product does not provide an independently verified automated compliance screen or legal advice. A licensed professional must review every draft. See /fair-housing.
Which protected classes should I review for?
Federal law protects race, color, national origin, religion, sex including sexual orientation and gender identity, familial status, and disability. State and local law may add other protected classes.
Does using AI automatically satisfy MLS or NAR rules?
No. The user remains responsible for following applicable law, MLS rules, the NAR Code of Ethics, and brokerage policy. Confirm uncertain requirements with a qualified professional.
Commercial terms & evaluation
How much does it cost?
Pricing is provided in a current written offer that identifies the included workflows, seats, usage limits, support, data handling, billing, renewal, and end terms. This website does not publish a standing price promise.
Is an evaluation available?
An evaluation is available only when the current written offer states its duration, included workflows, limits, data handling, conversion, and end terms.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
The current written agreement controls billing, renewal, cancellation, access after cancellation, and any refund terms. Review and accept those terms before purchase.
Security & data
How is application data access controlled?
Workspace routes require authentication and server routes check record ownership, team membership, and plan access. See /security for the current posture and boundaries.
What do brokerages get?
The Brokerage plan currently includes up to 20 seats, team management, lead assignment, and brokerage branding. It does not currently claim SSO, air-gapped deployment, a SOC 2 certification, or a dedicated compliance audit log.
